Arrived on site and verified thermostat settings. All thermostats maintaining setpoints of 78 and main kitchen area of 79. Had corporate unlock thermostats to adjust setpoints down to 74 to keep building cooler without reaching around 80 degrees with units maintaining temp. Was shown chart from corporate that showed temps rised on web app to 90 degrees previous day. Spoke with staff and they are unaware of any cooling issues and only state dining area has been "a little warm" at 78. Thermostats may be relaying incorrect information to web app customer is using. All equipment on roof is operating as it should without issue when given command for cooling. If issue persists recommend customer use different thermostat system and place remote sensors in better locations. Both kitchen sensors are located directly next to hot broiler machine for food and likely reading incorrect temp. Dining area temp is also reading high due to being located within a few feet of door.
