Arrived on site and gained access to indoor unit and found it running with call for cooling. Gained to roof and found CFM running but compressor off. Pulled panel and found burnt wires on load side of contactor. Checked compressor terminals and compressor windings are open. Compressor was single phased and damaged to failure. Warranty parts will be needed as we just installed in December.
