Upon inspection found condenser fan motor overamping, CFM capacitor reading out of range, evaporator coil dirty, and unit missing filters. Clean evaporator coil with nitrogen, install air filters, replace condenser fan motor and corresponding capacitor. Test unit for proper operation. Wrong motor ordered. I submitted parts order sheet for proper motor 2:46 Replacement CFM will call JS Sunset Arrived on site was able to replace condenser fan motor and capacitor test unit for proper operation.
