Upon inspection VAV is not responding to controls from the thermostat, the damper is stuck open. Will need to get a larger ladder and another tech to hold the ladder. <br> <br> Return with larger ladder and second tech to diagnose the VAV <br> <br> Arrived on site and checked in with third party and mod, set up ladder to access vav. Found several broken control wires and the common wire at the controller wired into the hot side of the transformer. Repaired wires and correctly wired unit. Vav came back online. Tested unit and verified the damper open and closed as design. Went to security for roof access. We did not have is insurance here so I reached out to Jamie S and she filled out all necessary paperwork to grant us access. Went to the unit that controls store and powered Rtu back online. Found the damper for the vav we worked on was operational however, there was a ton of air infiltrating through RTU before it hit the vav. Climbed up to where unit comes in from the roof and found
