AquaStar responded quickly to our call about our leaking water heater and was able to send someone out that same afternoon. However, there was an overnight delay in completing the project due to the fact that the original replacement unit sent out on the truck had the wrong style of exhaust venting. But Luis, our technician, was friendly, courteous and efficient and kept us in hot water until he was able to return the following morning to install the correct new unit.
