Andrew was polite, personable & professional. He went about his work with an ease of confidence. He did not disturb our morning routine and was very thorough in the job he performed. He gave answers and explanations when asked and was careful as he moved about inside our house and outside on our property. A more pleasant service person I have yet to me. Kudos to Arctic Air for providing him to their customers.
