This afternoon the Arctic Heating and Air Conditioning service technician Ardrew Neeley was here to provide the seasonal service our heating/ac unit. He was very polite, very professional and also very careful in and around our condo unit. For example, each time he entered he placed the "booties" over his shoes. Andrew obviously takes pride in his work. He is definitely an asset to the Arctic company. We are very pleased with the company and ALL of the Arctic employees we have interacted with - whether in scheduling a service appointment, having a regular seasonal service take place, or even having a problem addressed.
