I was very pleased with the installation of my HVAC system by Arctic. The team, led by Kenny and including Alex, Mike, and Chris, were very professional, courteous, skilled, and efficient. Kenny answered my questions to my satisfaction. The team worked diligently throughout the day. My initial contact, John, provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision to go with Arctic. He arranged the permit in a swift manner. The work began much sooner than I expected. I am now sitting in air-conditioned comfort, and the Goodman 16 SEER is very quiet and cooled the place down quickly.
