Boiler failed to light after couple cold nights. Jeremy arrived in couple hours to fix the problem. While initially was unfamiliar with the Utica boiler and the system status codes he did a cleaning of all crucial ignition and burner tubes and operating normally. I chose the Gold membership and he did a system check of AC same time and discovered critical switching & capacitor we needed. His expert knowledge was clearly on display regarding AC function and I was happy to proactively tackle this before summer heat. After 2 hours of diagnostic and repair work I am very pleased/relieved with the service and would highly recommend Arctic Sun.
