Tim is professional, thoroughly checked my system and explained everything as he went along. He did not push us in tackling services/repairs like other technician have done in the past. He gave us his honest opinion on what/when to expect, without the pressure, Which we appreciate. The only downside, not related to technician but the company itself, The price has gone up tremendously and that is a big turn off at this point.
