Our AC broke the day before 9 out of town family members arrived to stay at my house for a funeral. Arctic Sun saw the problem we had and responded with a service person out within an hour. Service was quick and we were back running. Tim was, again, awesome to work with, quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He was kind and very professional.
