We were having an issue with our unit overflowing water onto the floor and carpet. We called Arctic Sun and they came out and saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. I cannot thank them enough for helping us in this situation. The young man explained all the things he was doing and gave some advice to prevent any further problems in the future.
