A technician called me to tell me Jeremy would arrive in 40 minutes and in 40 minutes he was here!! He was professional, efficient, personable and knowledgeable. He got along great with my dogs and after the inspection, he gave me details and suggestions. I was very pleased! Thank you Jeremy!
