First and foremost very happy we heard about your company… We had a contract with a company for years but when our AC went to electrical heaven they came out and gave us an estimate, which seemed way out of line… that’s when it gets good, Nick and Nigel to the rescue… besides giving a better price they literally explained everything that had to be done and definitely you knew right away the knowledge these guys had… I truly learned a little about AC units and how they work from them.. so of course our company came back with a better price, but it was too late, they were not even explaining everything.. actually they wanted to charge for a service call when we have already paid in full for the service contract… See ya But we truly want to give a shout-out to Nick and Nigel for the quick response and getting the job done ASAP , they are so courteous and I was amazed when I walked in the garage and they had covered all the floor, even my husband commented when he got home, never had seen that before. Anyway their customer service is exceptional and above and beyond as is their knowledge of the work they do, please give some recognition to 2 great employees, Kudos guys Many Thanks, Donna & John
