So this was a routine maintenance, which always keeps my furnace, AC and other Astar products running well and problem-free. What wasn’t routine was Astar’s new computer program for billing and signing up for a new Comfort Care Program (which I wanted to do in part because it spreads billing over 12+months). It was the first day on the new program for the Astar techs, and John patiently worked his way through it while (patiently) educating me. With a little help from the main office, I’m hooked up.
