Great work by a great company. They were punctual and professional.
So this was a routine maintenance, which always keeps my furnace, AC and other Astar products running well and problem-free. What wasn’t routine was Astar’s new computer program for billing and signing up for a new Comfort Care Program (which I wanted to do in part because it spreads billing over 12+months). It was the first day on the new program for the Astar techs, and John patiently worked his way through it while (patiently) educating me. With a little help from the main office, I’m hooked up. I would highly recommend both John and the new service program! Beth Quinn
Bruce and Will were very professional as usual and answered all my concerns. They explained the new comfort care plan and answered all my questions.
Bruce was wonderful. My only complaint was that the intellidyne and sensor that was supposed to be installed at the time of service was not given to him. He is working on trying to find out where the error occurred
Paul is an excellent representative. He patiently explained all work to be performed and provided valuable information relative to options and upgrades....I would also mention that one reason I used ASTAR was the office personnel that handled my request were professional, compassionate and patient...also explaining work to be performed...
Service call went well. He knew what the problem was, fixed it and made recommendations. My only problem was with the price.
Exceptional service, as usual, and your technician, Harry, was just the best.
