As always Service and Tech Support are A-1, Prices are way out of line, I think $250,00 for a 15 minute Diagnosis of the problem is way to costly. As it turns out the defective part is covered by a Ten Year Warrantee, which does not include Labor. Since this unit was purchased, installed and serviced exclusively by A-Star, I feel that in consideration of the above your pricing should reflect this and be adjusted. Perhaps your Fee's for the initial service call be waved when additional work is required, I know I will be Billed for the additional Labor required to replace the damaged Compressor
