From sales, service and installation the team at Astar have been great!!! Having a Kohler Standby Generator installed at my house. Astar staff have handled all aspects(permits, paperwork etc.) of the process. It could not be easier. Communication during the process was never lacking. My installers, Jon and Scott, were excellent. Extremely knowledgeable. Any question I had was answered and they never made you feel like you were interrupting them in their work. I have an elderly mother in the house and she was totally at ease with them in the house while I was not at home. They were great! The entire staff is courteous and professional!!! Highly recommended!!!
