I have been a customer with Astar since 2005 when I met the previous owner, Ed Engel. I have always received great service from Technicians to the office staff. The technician today was conscientious, kind and educated me on my system issue and where to go from here. He didn’t “sell” me anything but gave me options to make informed choices. The cost maybe a little more than other companies but you can’t put a price tag on consistency and trust.
