Kris and Freddy found the problem quickly and repaired it, showing pictures and explaining what was needed. They cleaned up before they left, were courteous and professional through out their visit. Great job!

Chris Lewellen came to my home today to give me a quote on a new AC system, but he did SO MUCH MORE for me!! He answered every question in a concise, patient, respectful manner, and he was happy to educate me about my current system and the system I'm investigating. Chris inspected every aspect of my system before we talked so that he could advise me properly, and he asked me questions about my priorities and my needs. Chris' thoroughness, integrity, knowledge about the business and pride in his company made me know that Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing would be a wise choice for me!

We where frustrated with a few of the companies we called before we called Automatic . We would have to wait almost 2 weeks to get our unit looked at . Made the appointment on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. Once the appointment was made the staff kept me up to date on a technician possibly coming out sooner if there was time in his schedule. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! The price to have our unit repaired was lower than we had expected(that was a nice bonus)
