We where frustrated with a few of the companies we called before we called Automatic . We would have to wait almost 2 weeks to get our unit looked at . Made the appointment on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. Once the appointment was made the staff kept me up to date on a technician possibly coming out sooner if there was time in his schedule. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! The price to have our unit repaired was lower than we had expected(that was a nice bonus)
