After discovering our old creaky HVAC system had leaked out its R-22 right at the official start of summer, we called Automatic to quote a new Carrier system. Calendar schedules and logistics caused a very hot and humid delay, so when Robert Rogers and his crew (Jeffrey and Lee) showed up to install the new system, it was like angels had arrived from heaven above. Marvel superheroes had flown in to save us from melting. I know people lived without AC in the South before the 1950s, I just can't figure out how. So these heroes arrived, on time, ready to climb up into my 125º attic to remove the old and install the new. Robert Rogers was polite, friendly, and understanding of our indoor climate discomfort, and worked to get the job done efficiently. He installed our new fancy wifi thermostat and helped me set it up. The team hauled the old system and all trash away and left our property clean and tidy. They were respectful of me and of our home and very professional. If Robert Rogers shows up at your house to work on your HVAC system, you're in excellent hands.
