Although I feel silly, because as it turned out, all our remote controlled gas fire place logs needed was new batteries. Yes, I had changed my batteries in the remote control, but I did not know that there was a master control unit attached to the logs that also needed new batteries. The service man immediately identified the problem, & everything works perfectly. We were pleased when our gas logs were installed by Automatic Air two years ago, & we are pleased with today’s service call.
