Taylor has provided outstanding customer and technical service during each of the 3 visits he has recently made to our home. We were down and out on the first visit and Taylor was able to show up the morning of our AC compressor shutdown and got us back up and running within an hour. He easily convinced us to buy the preventive maintenance service contract and came back for our first annual service call within 1 week and then returned the same week to install a sensor in our master bedroom to better communicate with our thermostat. Taylor is personally motivated and committed to finding the best solution for you, loves to troubleshoot problems and provide the most effective solutions for the short and long term. He has great communication skills and is creative with his technical knowledge and I doubt there is a problem he can't diagnose and provide an effective solution.
My AC was out when I arrived home from work at end of day, over 90 in the house. Tech showed up within 1 and half hours and fixed the unit within 30 minutes.
I called around 4 pm on Thursday after realizing one of our units wasn't working and with triple digit temperatures, we could not wait until the next day. After speaking to the scheduler, Taylor the technician called back to let me know an approximate time of arrival that evening. After other appointments he had scheduled, he called to let me know when he was on the way and made it within the time he estimated. I think he had us up and running within 10 minutes, replacing the capacitor. He was friendly and professional.
Great and thorough service, they came out same day for us when we woke up to 83 degree air in the house. With kids it’s important that our air system is working properly. Our tech came over and gave a thorough inspection. Price was great and on top of that they followed up to make sure we were still doing good a week after our service call. Definitely I’ll be using this company for our future needs.

I have been with Autumn Air for about 2 years. They came out to fix my unit when it broke and at that time I also bought their preventive program, which has been a blessing. My units both ac and heater are checked twice a year. Highly recommend.
