I contacted Josh this afternoon, my ac was not working at all. He had James out here within a couple hours. Within about 10 minutes my ac was blowing cold air. Less then an hour later, all repairs were made and my house is so cool now. James was very informative, got right to work and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. No surprises, no games, just honesty and getting things done. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and Autumn air. Thank you James and Josh
