Taylor did a thorough job of servicing and cleaning our AC system. He was very open to questions and explained things very thoroughly...and in easy to understand terms! As it is apparent that our system is still working way beyond it's expected life, and has a few costly repairs, we will not hesitate to work with Autumn to evaluate a new replacement system in the near future.
