So I put out a posting in our Community Group page seeking recommendations. We were initially drawn to Autumn Air due to their 5-star rating and great company profile on-line! And because of stellar communication from the owner, Josh, we were able to set up a meeting with one of their service techs. Kolby was on time and had a very down-to-earth, comfortable manner that immediately put us at ease. Kolby invited my husband to watch as he inspected and serviced our system. My husband had many questions that Kolby fielded with ease. We signed up for the two year plan largely because of company's communication style and Kolby's professionalism, expertise, and demeanor.
