Our unit stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. We are maintenance agreement customers, so I called the office. We heard back from Frank within 30 minutes; at which time he let us know that he was across the city, but would be here after that appointment. He showed up, was friendly and courteous. He explained that the capacitor needed replacing and answered our questions. It was as god an experience as it could be considering it was over 110 degrees and our A/C unit quit.
