I feel we are owed a refund of no less than 700 dollars because of initial misdiagnosis by the first set of mechanical technitions! Glad Ross got it right through simple diagnosis and got our furnace replaced instead of repaired!
I spent 1,400 dollars to repair a system which was from the start undesirable. Then I had to pay 2,700 dollars for a new furnace which should have cost me 3,500 instead of the 4,100 which I paid. The last group of guys got it right and fixed our furnace yet the 1st group who failed to properly diagnose the cracks in the valves did a poor job and put our lives at risk by not properly diagnosing the cracked valves upon inspection!
The HVAC service specialist was honest and responsive with his recommendation on how to service our unit. He recommended a new furnace as the cost and investment opportunity were within 1K. We went with a new install and they were in and out within a couple of hours. Tenants happy with customer service and cleanliness.
