We called an issue in early morning and Gregg called and arrived by 12:30 pm. He quickly found the problem and we agreed to have him order the needed part. He said he would call us as soon as the part was in hopefully the next day. He did call to tell us the item had arrived and he would be at our home by 2:30 pm on Thursday. Once he arrived on time it was determined the part was defective. He did not attempt to rescheduled no he got in his truck and drove from McHenry to Libertyville to get a new part. He drove back to us and installed the part. This is unbelievably the best customer service ever. He knew that we had no heat and we were at 60 degrees. This is caring and taking excellent care of your custome, us. He is an asset to your organization and should be recognized my you for his exceptional work ethic. We will always ask for him.

Dave was very patient and did everything to fix my problem. As it turns out, the problem was nothat my my weekend homeowner plumbing skills, but a defect or unnoticeable break in the porcelain. Dave came up with an alternative fix and even advise me that I may need to replace the sink entirely. I appreciated the dedication he demonstrated to find and fix the problem.

Ross, the technician, was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was panicked over my central air going out in this heat wave. He arrived early, having had the office call me to be sure it was ok to arrive early, thoroughly checked out everything inside and out, located the problem and got the air conditioner running.
