We had Black Diamond out a few years ago for a water pipe leak in the basement, they took care of things quickly, thoroughly, and economically. Called them again when A/C stopped last week, Axberg arrived having notified me in a timely manner that tech was running late; once here, he identified the problem, replaced a part, and charged a very reasonable rate. Both times, the gentlemen who came to my home were professional, friendly, and fast! No unsolicited "talk-up" about something more complicated or costly that we didn't really need to solve the problem at hand.
