RJ, with Bailey’s Comfort Services, performed maintenance on my furnace today. As usual, he called and texted in advance, which is very appreciated. When he arrived, he was super friendly and invited me to ask him any questions I wanted to about the process or HVAC in general. When he was finished, he let me know what he did and the status of my unit, which is running in tip-top shape by the way. RJ is a great tech, along side the other techs that have serviced my unit in the past. We love Bailey’s and definitely recommend!
