Baxter Comfort Solutions (BCS) has the best customer service period! The customer is taken care of and keep informed from the first phone call requesting service until the time the technician leaves your property. I like the email confirmations prior to the service call. I especially like receiving a text message that notifies you when the technician is enroute. A invoice and summary of all work performed is sent by email the same as the service was performed. Orvil did a winter preventive maintenance check on our furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and curtious. Orvil explained what he checked out and if there was any problems. Thanks BCS team for ensuring the customer is always taken of. Most larger companies have forgotten that.
