We had an after hours issue with our geo unit. John was willing to come Sat. Evening. I said Sun. Afternoon would be fine. He came and spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem and consulting with other techs. System was not responding to thermostat. John did not want us to spend money on new thermostat until other things were ruled out. Thank you John! John continued to talk to other techs and the office. Our problem seemed to be the only problem you all had. Thank you Orval for coming and changing the computer board. That seems to have corrected our problem. You all are like family. Thank you for taking such good care of our geo unit. But more important my family. You have our utmost trust and respect. THANK YOU

Needed an HVAC repair, and tried Baxter Comfort Solutions, since they serviced my area. Put in an online request, which was very user friendly, received a call from the owner the next morning at 7:30am. He sent his employee, Orval, to our house first thing. Orval was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Repaired our furnace in short order. I couldn't be happier with the service and Orval. So much so, that I signed up for a service agreement.
