Keith was called to fix a broken thermostat & repair heater. He arrived within a couple of hours after we called, which was awesome because a hard freeze was on its way to our area. Keith found the problem quickly & took time to determine the best thermostat needed for visual impairment. After installing the new thermostat, he checked the heater to make sure it was working ok & took great care in explaining the new thermostat instructions to us. Excellent service & outsatnding customer relations skills!!
