I was quite impressed with the fellow 'Tyler' that diagnosed the equipment failure. He was very thorough and courteously explained the problems and answered my many questions. He also returned following the installation to be certain all was working properly. Hang on to him ...he represents the company very well. I won't comment on the installers other than to say 'like two bulls in a China shop'. The system seems to be working well though, so they apparently did the work properly. So far ....so good!
