The post service follow-up was right there and very detailed reports were immediately available. Having been in the service industry for 3 decades, I began to think that the art of service has been lost. But Bay Area made me a believer again! Very highly recommended.
I’m so glad he talked to me about possibly buying a new system. Ours was 14 years old. This Infinity is so much more quieter and energy efficient. He very patiently went over all the features….especially the new digital thermostat. He took his time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with everything.

We have been using Bay Area A/C since we built our home 15 years ago. They have always been professional and provided excellent service. Although not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
Found the system is low on charge, found a leak on the evaporator coil, also the condenser coil is very dirty and needs to clean up, emailed the estimates for the repair and the new system.
The unit was off, turned it on and checked, found nothing wrong, recommended to use the less air flow restrictive air filter.
Started system in cooling and checked pressures and temperatures and aperage. System is running normally with no discrepancies.
Replaced bad indoor fan relay with new OEM fan relay. Restored power and verified proper operation. BILL CUSTOMER
Found the noise from the getting bad compressor, also the condenser fan capacitor is weak, need to replace the compressor.
Solid state fan relay will not shut fan off. Relay needs replaced. Ordered new relay. Customer wants price to replace before coming back with relay. BILL CUSTOMER
