Excellent telephone demeanor from the office, on-schedule and friendly service. The tech knew what he was doing, explained everything along the way and had a great attitude. The post service follow-up was right there and very detailed reports were immediately available. Having been in the service industry for 3 decades, I began to think that the art of service has been lost. But Bay Area made me a believer again! Very highly recommended.
