No charge per 475. Performed preventative maintenance and cleaning. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked refrigeration operations and pressures. Checked heat controls and operations. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils. Cleared condensate drain and treated pan. Found water in secondary pan and no evidence of backed up condensate drain which points to cracked primary pan. Evaporator coil is also deteriorated. System is in good operating condition at this time. Quoted new system due to age and condition of current system.
