Don was very informative, professional and enlightened me regarding my unit. He also informed me that I had incurred unneeded costs from using my previous AC company, i.e. a new unit installed 8 years ago that was much larger than needed costing me more than needed. Also a duct cleaning by the same company that cost me $299 that also was unneeded. Also this company recommended Aeroseal without even doing an examination of my system and ducts. Don advised me any leak was not serious enough for this process. As a result, I have discontinued my membership in their service club and severed my relationship with them. I will be using Bay Area in the future.
