Found bad fan board and heat relays. Ordered new board and relays and will return and install. Replaced indoor fan relay board and reconnected all wiring. Send customer hard copy of invoice for insurance purposes and hard copy of original visit for $67.00. Reimburse customer for 67.00 initial diagnosis fee due to it being in final bill. 8/28/20 Removed power from air handler and took electric heat package out. Removed both old heat relays and replaced with new relays. Reconnected all wiring and put back into air handler. Restored power and verified proper operation.
