Found that mobile home was flooded underneath completely. Workers are in the process of pumping all water out from under home. Instructed homeowner on how to get water to drain out a duct work once flooding is receded. And to call back to fire up unit to see if it runs. All flex duct work under home had been submerged in water. Also air conditioning unit had about five inches of water in it. Recommend replacing all ductwork raising unit up and replacing duct cover.
