I live out of the area and have a rental condo in Clearwater so can't be there for repairs and service issues that come up. I rely heavily on my local partners to be my eyes, ears and cover my back. Bay Area's service technician was there when he said he was and found the problem required a simple maintenance fix and gave me an overall diagnostic of my system.
