Maintenance completed, drain and flush condensation line , advised client to replace air filter regularly, check electrical components and refrigerant pressure, clean condenser coil and evap coil, during maintenance found the air handle breaker wasn't engaging to the on position, open panel or the main breakers and found a defective 60 amp cuttler hammer, replaced under the 1st year of labor warranty, advised client for future reference, main breaker , thermostat wires and condensation line aren't covered by the Part and labor warranty, tested equipment operations, all systems vital are good at this time
