Upon arrival the condenser was not running. I checked voltage and found capacitor open. I reset breaker and system is cooling. The condenser coil was getting dirty so I hosed off coil. Airhandler is right inside the door so I used hose to flush drainline while I was here. I removed breaker panel and tightens on breaker. I also tightened at disconnect and contactor. It is cooling and draining at this time. Owner did not answer phone both times i called. I left messages. Customer is billed through office.
