On Sunday we suffered a glitch in our AC. We powered down and reset the unit and the unit resumed cooling. We decided to contact Bay Area online and requested a normal maintenance checkup and cleaning. Response was prompt with an e-mail and a phone call early Monday morning. A tech arrived around 10:00 AM and provided his normal outstanding service. Great job and we're ready for a hot summer.
