Customer complaint was unit was not cooling. Upon arrival thermostat was replaced. check wiring on thermostat, fixed two misplaced wire. Found new thermostat to be bad. Put old thermostat back on the wall, unit was running normally. Ran system in both modes, blowing 53â° air out of supplies. Checked all electrical connections, amp draws and refrigerant levels.
