Customer expressed concern about mildew and what appears to be water damage on interior wall of unconditional room. This wall is made of concrete. Found marginally small air seepage where plenum attaches to top of the unit, however nothing that should cause this problem. Spoke with Don about the situation and he recommended I take video and pictures of everything to show management and ask their opinion on what we can do. Outside of these problems the condensing unit coil is cashed with debris from an outdoor drier vent. The evaporator coil needs to be cleaned and cannot be done any other way than a coil pull and clean. The blower wheel is quite dirty and needs to be cleaned as well. Will leave estimate for all of this and will get back with customer about water/mildew spots after speaking with management.
