Secondary pan was full and overflowing. The safety switch in pan was set to high in pan and could not shut down system. Both float switches work but primary pan was also plugged not allowing system to drain properly and overflowing into cabinet and Secondary pan. Also system has an external TXV that was pouring water into Secondary pan. The insulation was to loose and was causing that. Note: I checked for a crack in panand could not find one. Unfortunately that doesn't mean there isn't one. At this timewith all the other issues and not finding one we should be good. Drain cleaning ha 90 day warranty, but if it were to fill pan again that would indicate pan is cracked and needing replaced.
