On arrival found the systems thermostat to be lit. However the system is completely locked out and the customer doesn't know the password. The indoor temperature is 75 degrees but the customer stated the keep it at 68 degrees. After resetting the system the thermostat went to 86 degrees then down to 73 degrees. Recommend replacing the thermostat. Will need to order a new thermostat.
